	Alan Robinson B.V.Sc. MRCVS DMS - Business Development Consultant Alan qualified as a Veterinary Surgeon in Australia and has over 25 years experience in practice in the UK and Australia. He has run his own mixed multi-branch practice for 12 years in the UK and studied for a Diploma in Management. Since then he has worked as a consultant in the areas of technical service, training, product development and marketing for the veterinary pharmaceutical industry and has successfully delivered coaching and management consultancy in electronics, pharmaceutical, global retail and veterinary industries. He started veterinary business development in 1995 in response to a need within the veterinary industry for a more integrated approach to practice management and marketing, utilising his skills as a vet and independent practice management consultant. Current projects in the veterinary market include benchmarking, seminars, CPD workshops and practice performance management.
	Vicky Gower - Business Development Consultant Vicky has owned and managed her own mixed practice in Wiltshire for 10 years and she was one of the first non-vet practice owners in the country. She developed an extremely successful and profitable small animal practice based on a high level of customer service and reception skills. Having spent many hours at reception, as well as managing the practice, Vicky is well placed to assess customer service within veterinary practice. She launched an extremely successful “Pet Health Club” payment scheme in 2000 and has a wealth of knowledge in setting up and running a thriving scheme.
	Diane Wood - Business Development Consultant Diane brings to the Vetfocus team not only her in-depth and first hand knowledge of running a successful Pet Health Club Scheme and delivering excellent veterinary customer service, she also has over 25 years experience working in I.T. managing projects, staff, and customer expectations. During this time she also regularly trained and helped users to fully understand new systems and their benefits. Diane worked in a forward thinking small animal practice and understands entirely how important the front of house veterinary care is, and with the benefit of her training experience is therefore well placed to help veterinary receptionists and nursing staff in this field. Diane is personable, thorough, and works easily with people of all levels which is vital when effectively assessing and dealing with staff and processes within a veterinary practice.
	Rachel Farrar – Office Manager Rachel holds an Advanced GNVQ in Business and Finance and has spent 12 years working in the Private sector for companies within the retail, manufacturing and service industries. Having nurtured her career and reaching supervisory levels in Finance, Accounting, Customer Service, Training and Payroll & Personnel, Rachel joined Vetfocus in 2005. She thoroughly enjoys her varied role, which provides accounting and financial support and analysis to Vetfocus clients, debt control, systems and processes reviews, monthly accounts monitoring, processing valuations, delivery of accounting software advice and accounts training where needed. Rachel has an in-depth understanding of veterinary accounts and is able to organise data for practices to enable easy interpretation and financial monitoring and planning. In addition, Rachel provides office management and administrative support to the Vetfocus Business Development team.
	Lindsey Hall - Accounts Assistant Lindsey worked for Lloyds Bank for 16 years as Branch Customer Service Officer implementing the Lloyds “Customer First” initiative. She later transferred to a Personnel role where she was responsible for the recruitment and training programmes for the Upper Thames Area. Lindsey helped to set up Small Business Centres throughout the region, providing advice on business plans, cash flow, forecasting and general management for businesses. In 1994 Lindsey joined her local Veterinary Practice starting as a receptionist then progressing to Practice Manager under new ownership, putting her financial and customer service experience to good use. Lindsey now works for Vetfocus UK and is responsible for the finance and accounts.
